If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Create Art Bar, LLC account, you may simply discontinue using our Services, subject to any notice periods (typically 30 days) outlined in your specific service agreement.
Our Services are provided "AS IS." Create Art Bar, LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Create Art Bar, LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Create Art Bar, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
